  • PASSENGER SHOULD PROVIDE ALL THE REQUIRED DETAILS BEFORE THE JOURNEY.
  • THE STANDARD PACKAGE INCLUDES THE COMPLETE TOUR ITINERARY; ACCOMMODATION UPON PASSENGER PREFERENCES; A/C VEHICLE UPON PASSENGER PREFERENCES & THE NUMBER OF THE PASSENGERS; CHAUFFEUR AND TOUR GUIDE. ADDITIONAL ITEMS CAN BE ADDED TO THE TOUR ITINERARY UPON PASSENGER REQUIREMENTS.
  • TOUR GUIDES WHO ARE SPECIALIZED IN DIFFERENT LANGUAGES CAN BE PROVIDED UPON PASSENGER’S REQUIREMENT.
  • IT IS CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO ARRANGE THE AIRLINE TICKET FOR THE JOURNEY, BUT IF YOU NEED AIRLINE TICKETS, WE CAN ALWAYS BOOK YOUR TICKET FROM OUR COMPANY AS WE ARE AN IATA AGENT.
  • IT IS PASSENGER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO ARRANGE TRAVEL INSURANCE FOR THE WHOLE JOURNEY, BUT IF YOU NEED TRAVEL INSURANCE, SEND US AN EMAIL OR CALL US, SO THAT WE CAN ARRANGE TRAVEL INSURANCE FROM SRI LANKA AND INCLUDE INTO YOUR TRIP ITINERARY.
  • TERMS & CONDITIONS AND THE CANCELLATION POLICY WILL BE ADDED TO THE TOUR ITINERARY ALONG WITH THE FINAL PRICE.
  • IT IS PASSENGER’S RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY EARLY ARRIVALS OR ANY EARLY DEPARTURES AND FINAL PRICE WILL NOT BE CHANGED ONCE EVERYTHING IS CONFIRMED UNLESS IT IS A CANCELLATION.
  • CHANGES COULD BE DONE TO THE TOUR PACKAGE ONCE CONFIRMED AND DO INFORM THE CHANGES BEFORE OR WITHIN THE DATES OF FULL REFUND CANCELLATION LISTED IN THE TOUR ITINERARY OR ELSE FINAL PRICE WOULD BE CHANGED AND BE INFORMED TO THE PASSENGER.
  • IT IS PASSENGER’S RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LOSSES & DAMAGES TO ANY PROPERTY DURING THE JOURNEY.
  • THE PASSENGER MUST BE 100% ECO FRIENDLY.
  • PLEASE INFORM US ANY COMPLAINTS / SUGGESTIONS BY FILLING OUT OUR COMPLAINT/SUGGESTION FORM AND HAND IT OVER TO ONE OF OUR REPRESENTATIVES.
  • TERMS & CONDITION COULD BE CHANGED ANYTIME BY FAMICO HOLIDAYS
  • PAYMENT POLICY
  • THE PASSENGER COULD MAKE THE PAYMENT THROUGH BANK TRANSFER, OVER THE PHONE, WESTERN UNION TRANSFER OR THROUGH CREDIT CARD (VISA, MASTER CARD & AMERICAN EXPRESS). ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES SHOULD PAID BY THE PASSENGER DURING THE REMITTANCE.
  • THE ELECTRONIC RECEIPT OF THE JOURNEY WILL BE PROVIDED TO THE PASSENGER ONCE THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN REMITTED AND FULLY RECEIVED AND THE HARD COPY WILL BE PROVIDED AT THE ARRIVAL.
  • PAYMENT PERCENTAGE WILL BE PROVIDED IN THE TOUR ITINERARY ALONG WITH ALL THE POLICIES.
  • PAYMENT PERCENTAGE WILL BE APPLIED FOR ANY BOOKINGS CONFIRMED ABOVE 45 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DEPARTURE AND THE PERCENTAGES WILL BE DEPEND ON THE TIME AND THE CONFIRMATION OF THE BOOKING.
  • FULL PAYMENT NEED TO SETTLED UPON CONFIRMATION FOR ANY BOOKINGS MADE AND CONFIRMED WITHIN 45 DAYS PRIOR TO THE ARRIVAL.
  • THE PRICE WILL BE ONLY VALID FOR CERTAIN PERIOD FOR CONFIRMATION AND WILL BE LISTED IN THE TOUR ITINERARY.
  • THE FINAL PRICE WILL THE LAST PRICE WHICH WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE TOUR ITINERARY AND IT IS NON-NEGOTIABLE.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY
  • CANCELLATION POLICIES ARE DEPEND ON THE HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICIES, THE TIME AND THE CONFIRMATION OF THE BOOKING.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY WILL BE ADDED ALONG WITH THE TOUR ITINERARY.
  • REFUND POLICY
  • REFUND IS BASED ON THE CANCELLATION POLICY.
  • AFTER CAREFUL REVIEW, REFUND AMOUNT WILL BE SENT TO THE PASSENGER BEFORE THE REMITTANCE.
  • ONCE THE REFUND APPROVED, THE REMITTANCE WILL BE SENT TO THE PASSENGER ACCORDING TO THE PASSENGER’S PREFERENCE. ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND DURING THE REMITTANCE.
  • THE ELECTRONIC COPY OF THE RECEIPT WILL BE SENT TO THE PASSENGER AFTER THE REMITTANCE AND AFTER THAT THE HARD COPY OF THE RECEIPT WILL BE SENT.
